During the years that the investigation was underway Kit made sure to have both a Kentucky and National representative questioning the folks around the court martial proceedings. Since Kentucky is a one-party state, so there was no need to let anyone know that a recording device was picking up the conversation. Kit Martin's investigators interviewed Cal and Joan. In Joanie part two, we listen to parts of those conversations.
