Prosecution Witness Confronts Author Of I Will Ruin You

IMPORTANT CORRECTION:  James Matlock did not testify that he saw a man in a yellow shirt and blue jeans walking his dogs.  Only that he saw the man himself.  The dogs were with Kit Martin when he was checking out a car on the farm one day.  We stand corrected on this matter.  Emilio Corsetti is back on the FKMP to discuss an odd thing that happened when visiting Pembroke, KY recently.  He ran into a witness from the trial!

Do you remember James Matlock's testimony?  The man who came forward over 4 years after the crime, but conveniently 4 months before the trial.

when and where you saw a certain man over 4 years ago?

This man with public arrest records longer than a green mile testifying that he
remembered Kit Martin scoping out the Rosetown Road area.  Someone that Kit has never met?   Hmmmm!
