An American hero, Christian "Kit" Martin, fought to defend our freedom for 30 years. He now fights for his own freedom. Wrongfully convicted of 3 murders in a small town Kentucky corrupt justice system, in the first episode of the Free Kit Martin Podcast Crystal McKenzie dives right back into that Hardin County, Kentucky courtroom with Kit Martin's Ex Wife, Stacey Stone sat and watched one of the biggest American Tragedies of our time, unveil before her very eyes.  Stacey gives us a backstage pass into the past 11 years of a wrongfully convicted war hero, who's story continues to baffle millions worldwide.  We have to keep this conversation alive, and most importantly unravel the chaotic trial that put Major Chris Martin behind bars for the rest of his life.

It looks as though the one and only Adele Joan Gritton has risen from the ashes and apparently has taken to Reddit.  Let's read some of the comments from both Joan and the Free Kit Martin Warriors out there helping fight for his freedom.

Our opinion is just that.  Opinions are not facts.  We have a right to that opinion because Kit Martin fought for our first amendment rights to free speech.  All Joan fought for, in our opinion, was to take down a man that grew tired of the game.

Emilio Corsetti joins the conversation as we debunk the funk.  The Leonard Scott Smith character is at it again but not without more questions.

Saturday Mar 30, 2024

Studies estimated that between 4 to 6 %.  In terms of real numbers meaning that an estimated 1 in 20 criminal cases result in a wrongful conviction.  With almost two million people in our jails and prisons that mean TENS OF THOUSANDS INCARCERATED PEOPLE WERE WRONGFULLY CONVICTED.
Texas alone led the nation with 363 exonerations in the last 30 years
The National Registry of Exonerations keeps records of over 2000 cases across the country that ended in exoneration for the defendant found that three crimes are most commonly involved in exoneration cases

Fifteen people  and growing  in KY  have spent more than 200 years imprisoned for crimes we did not commit, but we still have not received a dime from the Commonwealth of Kentucky. These miscarriages of justice have taken years off our lives that we can never get back. The least the state could do is compensate us for these losses. As a tax paying citizen, I’m deeply frustrated at how much time and energy, and my own money, I’ve had to spend fighting for what  the justice system did to me.

4.1% of people currently on death row are likely to be innocent according to the National Academy of Science

Four out of 100 people on death row who were sentenced to death are inncoent. ONLY TWO OF THOSE ARE EXONERATED.

Everything is our opinion only/ we are not lawyers / we are Freedom FIGHTERS.
